Our final show for a couple months wrapped up last night as a part of the Philly Songwriters Project. We shared the stage with two wonderful performers, John Conahan and Craig Bickhardt. Thanks to everyone who came to see us in the first half of the year, and we hope to have fall tour dates to announce in the near future. We're continuing to write new music and are hoping to get working on a new album in 2008. Keep listening...

We had a show at Pianos in New York last night, on a night that featured an interesting mix of performances: winners from a singer-songwriters workshop, a tuba player who mixed loops and beats with his tuba on the fly, and then us.
The show went well, but the night ended in a funny manner outside the venue. It was 11:30 and inside Pianos there was a band playing and a DJ working upstairs. We were saying goodbye to some friends who came to the show, at which point the security guards came by and asked us to quiet down our conversation because the neighbors had complained about the noise. Really? Our talking drowned out the band and the DJ inside? So there we are, the acoustic group who managed to create a noise disturbance outside a hopping late-night music club.

We wandered up to Annville, PA last night for a show at one of our favorite venues, MJ's Coffeehouse. The place is a great coffeehouse attached to a movie theater, with a very loyal set of fans who come to see us every time we roll into town. To those who came to see us again, thanks! You make it so worthwhile to travel the couple hours from Philly for the show.
